A couple weeks ago, I picked up this dresser jar while out thrifting. It's nothing special, I just like jars, and can always find something to store in 'em... I also had purchased a china head here, just to have on hand for use in a project someday...
I got to thinking, and thought the two would be cute together. I took apart the lid, painted the ring, added a bit of vintage wallpaper, glued on the china head, and dressed her up. I'm not completely in love with her crown, but it'll do for now until I find something I like better.
One of a kind dresser jar created in a jiffy - isn't she cute?

I think that crown is cute! I love the jar now, the vintage wallpaper is beautiful and that china head too. I love the way the mouth is painted. Have a great and creative weekend!
GREAT idea!!! I have a doll head like that, keep trying to decide what to do with her.

Hello...
Ohh my, I love how your little vintage jar turned out! I thought it was pretty the way it was but you really made it special! The little porcelain doll bust just makes it...and I like the crown!!! Simply darling!!! You're a creative and talented lady!
I was also admiring that cute little pale pink table in your last post...it's charming! I bet you're glad that you brought it home now! Hehe!
