...little vase. A number of years ago, I was given this charming vase for a gift. I immediately fell in love, and so began my love affair with German elfinware.
What I love best are the applied roses! My favorite pieces to collect are perfume bottles, open salts, place card holders, vases, and trinket boxes.
The newest addition to my collection is this sweet trinket box given to me by my sister-in-law. Her grandma recently passed away, and when they were going through her things, she spotted the box and thought it looked like something I might like.

I had no idea that it was called Elfinware! I have a few pieces myself and they are some of the earliest things I was ever able to buy as a young bride. You have a lovely collection!@!!
