Show & Tell Friday

Show and Tell
********************
Thanks to Kelli for hosting Show & Tell Friday.
It's so fun to visit all of you who participate each week. Please be sure to stop in to Kelli's House for more Show & Tell Friday.
Today, I thought I show you my vintage pink perfume bottle collection. I have been collecting old perfume bottles for a number of years. I mainly started this collection because I wanted something cute to display in our main bathroom.
You'll have to forgive me, since I haven't taken the time to dust... don't look to closely. :o)
Most of my collection is on the shelves which are right above the commode.
I love the old bulb style atomizers.
Besides collecting pink, I've found a few porcelain bottles to add to my collection - ya know, it's the roses I couldn't pass up...
The next few close-up pictures are probably my most favorite.
This bottle is a Fenton rose overlay. I love the shape!
This little sweetie is old Czechoslovakian glass.
and I love these two because of the roses on top!
Thanks for stopping by for a visit today. Enjoy your weekend!

***Don't forget***
I'm having a giveaway celebrating my 60th post!

What a beautiful collection and wonderful display (especially like the floral wreath at the top, which sets it off). Are the pink pieces Depression Glass? I've seen it on other folks' blogs and displays, and indeed we had a similar colour for glassware over here in the UK - especially dressing table sets.

These are gorgeous. I didn't notice any dust. I am amazed though that sometimes dust does show up in pictures. I had to go back and retake some pictures because when I looked at them on the screen, I saw the dust.
Have a great weekend.

Oh how pretty! The one pink in the bottle reminds me of the light fixture we got for our youngest daughters room from and old victorian home.

Thanks for visiting my blog. It is always fun to meet new people. You perfume bottle collection is lovely. My great aunt used to have a vanity filled with them. I loved looking at all of her "pretties." I especially liked the atomizer types. They were irresistable to a child. Of course, it was always obvious where I had been!!
