Vintage Hanky Photo Board

I think this is project #5 in the Sweetsixstudio online art retreat which I'm participating in. I do have my plans ready to make project's 2, 3, and 4 - hmmm I just need the time....
Holly taught us how to make these photo boards. It was so fun to make! I'll be making more that's for sure. I used a vintage hanky for this one, and I embellished the board with vintage seam binding and rhinestone buttons. The little girl in the picture is my mom. I think the picture was taken in 1939-40 or there abouts. I've always loved this picture. Her double breasted coat with the fur collar is just too cute. Oh, and that bow on her head, isn't it the sweetest thing ever!?
I now have my new photo board hanging on this rack in our bedroom.
